The Institute of Sociology (SI) of the Lithuanian Social Sciences Center (LSMC) started implementing the Horizon 2020 project entitled “The Future of European Social Citizenship” (EUSOCIALCIT) in the role of partner from February 1, 2020. The project will present scientifically analyzed and justified political scenarios for strengthening European social citizenship. Part of LSMC SI’s projects is related to ensuring and expressing housing policy and housing rights in Europe. Special attention will be paid to social housing, support to mitigate all forms of homelessness and other financial support (credits, subsidies) for “first home” buyers and/or renters.
